ECOPERLA ROCKET COMPONENTS

The Ecoperla Rocket reverse osmosis system filters water in multiple stages:

  • PCT+pH cartridge (pre-coat) – a combination of a mechanical filter and activated carbon protects the reverse osmosis membrane by removing fine particulate matter, chlorine, and its derivatives.
  • RO membrane – a 600 GPD component eliminates remaining contaminants down to individual ions, including bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and microplastics.
  • PCT+pH cartridge (final coat) – a combination of activated carbon and a mineralizing bed allows for optimal organoleptic parameters and a slightly alkaline pH.

After the water has been pre-purified in the PCT+pH cartridge, it is then directed to the RO membrane, which eliminates remaining contaminants. Optimization of taste and pH correction takes place in the third filtration phase on the PCT+pH cartridge (activated carbon fraction and mineralizing bed), where the water is again filtered before it flows from the tap.
